HVAA is excited to welcome Sean to our professional coaching staff. Growing up in Holland, Pennsylvania, Sean developed a love for soccer early on and has played competitively at every level of youth soccer. His talent and dedication led him to compete with top programs like FC Delco’s Development Academy and the Philadelphia Union Academy. He graduated from the elite YSC Academy in 2019 and continued his soccer journey at the Division I level with Saint Francis University. At Saint Francis, Sean was a key contributor to the Red Flash’s success, helping the team earn two Northeast Conference postseason tournament berths. His efforts on the field were recognized with NEC Prime Performer honors and the prestigious Franciscan Athlete of the Year award in 2023. That same year, Sean graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology. Not long after hanging up his college cleats, Sean transitioned into coaching—beginning as an assistant coach for the Saint Francis Men’s Soccer program in August 2023. His impact was immediate: in his first season on staff, the Red Flash went undefeated and captured the Northeast Conference regular season title. Under his guidance, the team secured back-to-back postseason appearances. Alongside coaching, Sean served as a graduate assistant in the university’s Student-Athlete Academics and Engagement office, where he supported student-athletes in their academic and personal development. He also earned his Master of Business Administration during that time. Sean currently holds a U.S. Soccer “D” Coaching License and continues to share his passion for the game with the next generation of players—combining a competitive spirit with a strong commitment to mentorship and growth.
