Easy Fixes

• Delete the TeamSnap app from your phone

• While the app is uninstalled from your phone, power your phone off/on (Please do not skip this step)

• Power up your phone and download and install the TeamSnap app directly from Google Play or the App Store. Do not restore or download from a stored version; make sure you download the latest version. Also make sure your mobile is updated with the latest software.

• While installing the TeamSnap app, if prompted, allow for all permissions (you can revoke unwanted permissions after install if needed)
