Delete the TeamSnap app from your phone

While the app is uninstalled from your phone, power your phone off/on (Please do not skip this step)

Power up your phone and download and install the TeamSnap app directly from Google Play or the App Store. Do not restore or download from a stored version; make sure you download the latest version. Also make sure your mobile is updated with the latest software.

While installing the TeamSnap app, if prompted, allow for all permissions (you can revoke unwanted permissions after install if needed)
