TeamSnap Troubleshooting Notifications

Mobile Notification Preferences set to receive Push Notifications for the specified team with the TeamSnap app
STEP 1
Make sure that you have the latest version of the TeamSnap app for iOS or Android installed on your device. Be logged in to the TeamSnap app on your
STEP 2 from your mobile app!
Select the team you are having issues with notifications. Then select “More”. Then Select “Notifications Preferences”.
STEP 3
In “My Preferences” select Events & Games for Scheduled Reminders, select Mobile Notifications, & select Enable Notifications. Then turn on all notifications to green! (see pics)
STEP 4
Go to your child’s profile in TeamSnap. Make sure your cell phone numbers are listed. If you need to add a cell phone, select edit on your child’s profile and add. If that doesn't work, try following this here.
STEP 5
Make sure that your personal mobile settings on your phone/device allow notifications from the app.
