Welcome to HVAA Micro Soccer!

We’re excited to have your child join us for the 2026 HVAA Micro Soccer League! Our Grass-Roots inspired League is here to make the game of soccer even more fun, structured, and development-focused for your little athlete. This co-ed program is designed for kids ages 3 to 5 (Preschool through Kindergarten) and takes place on a smaller, modified field with 3–4 players per side. There are no goalies with each session played on Saturday mornings. There are no weekday practices. The program is proudly led by the Lower Moreland High School Girls’ Soccer team and coaches and is held at Lower Moreland Park in Albidale. 

Official Teams: Your child will be placed on his/her micro-soccer team with the same coach & teammates building friendships, teamwork, and confidence week after week throughout the entire season.

More Learning & Fun: Each Saturday Session includes:
- Warm-ups to get your Athlete moving and prepared
- Skill-Building Drills tailored for each age group
- Real Games against another team each week

Smart, Age-Appropriate Rules: Designed to help:
- Learn the basics of Soccer
- Build Confidence with the ball
- Prepare for the next level of HVAA Soccer, Our Junior’s Division

Great Events at the Same Time Each Week: from Pajama Day to Fall Fest and our Halloween Costume & Medal Celebrations, all your favorite themed events return with even more team spirit. Plus, your child’s weekly time slot stays the same, making your Weekend schedules far easier to plan.
 

The program is led by the Lower Moreland High School Girls’ Soccer team and coaches and is held at Lower Moreland Park in Albidale. 

Important Dates & Details
    •    Mandatory Parent/Guardian Meeting & Uniform Pickup Wednesday, September 9th
Attend to receive your child’s uniform kit (t-shirt, shorts, and socks) and soccer ball. If you can’t attend, please send someone in your place.
An email with meeting details will be sent from microsoccer@hvaa.net.
    •    First Session & Picture Day Saturday, September 12th
This is the first day of the season and also Micro Soccer Picture Day.

    •    Weekly Time Slot Assignments
Each player is assigned a consistent weekly time slot: 9:00 AM, 10:15 AM, or 11:30 AM.
You’ll receive your child’s assigned time when you check in at the Parent Meeting on September 9th.
Note: HVAA does not accommodate special time requests in order to keep the teams age-balanced.
