HUNTINGDON VALLEY AA TRAVEL SOCCER CLUB
1000 Touches A Day Stay Sharp Initiative
HVAA Soccer Workout Plan
Check out the list of basic soccer skills for players of all ages to do at home. The idea is for the kids to get 1000 touches per day. It also includes some fitness basics that can be altered up or down based on your child’s age and fitness level. Several of the exercises require a partner.
The program is easy to follow and can be used daily or a few times a week. We also created a video demonstrating every drill on the list. This will hopefully help you determine if your child is doing the skill properly. We plan on including our trainers and adding additional and more advanced skills.
The coolest part is that we’re asking all of you to tag HVAA in videos of your favorite player training. Tag us @hvaa_sports on Instagram, tag us @HVAA1 on Facebook, and tag us @HVAASports on Twitter. You can also follow us and tag us @hvaasoccer our new soccer Instagram page. We’ll share the videos on our social media platforms. Hopefully the videos will serve as motivation for others to continue their soccer education when no one else is watching. Lastly, if anyone needs a ball or a few cones, send me an email and I’ll gladly run equipment out to you. No excuses!
Sincerely,
Brad Sorkin
