Taekwondo Classes Start September 18th

Keeping physically active is one of the best ways to make sure you stay healthy and happy. HVAA’s Taekwondo instructor, Joe Breitman, is starting classes on September 18th! You can register only in-person on your first day of class.

Below is a quick summary of the Taekwondo program.
Classes are one hour long:
- 15 minutes of stretching & conditioning
- 15 minutes of basics
- 15 minutes of forms or patterns
- 15 minutes of sparring drills, sparring or self-defense
These classes are open to adult and youth participants. Classes will begin on September 18th at 7:00 PM. Classes are held on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:00 PM and on Saturday mornings from 8:00 - 9:00 AM in the Lower Moreland High School wrestling room. You may access the wrestling room from the back parking lot adjacent to the baseball field.
If you would like to participate, please complete these steps to register:
1.) Bring a check made out to HVAA to your first in-person class. Click here to view the cost.
2.) Bring a printed copy of the completed registration forms to your first class.
