Soccer Picture Day
ALL PHOTOS WILL BE TAKEN INDOORS AT THE LOWER MORELAND HIGH SCHOOL GYM
HVAA Picture Days are Saturday, September 23rd & Sunday, September 24th!
Our HVAA In-House teams & Travel Soccer teams are scheduled for team photos and individual photos on Saturday, September 23rd, and Sunday, September 24th. All players are expected to participate in the team photos, whether you are ordering photos or not. Please allow time for parking and arrive before your team's scheduled time. HVAA is using a brand new photographer and a new online ordering system by Tedesco Photography and Video. Check the schedule for your team's designated 1.) date and 2.) time. LOCATION CHANGE! Due to the rainy forecast, all photos will now be taken indoors at the Lower Moreland High School Gym at 555 Red Lion Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.
All orders must be placed online by the end of the day, Friday, September 22nd!

COACHES
- Communicate with your team and confirm the team's arrival, photo schedule, and location.
- Add your team's photo time, location, and early arrival time to your TeamSnap schedule.
- On Friday, remind parents to place their photo order by this 9/22 deadline.
ALL PLAYERS & PARENTS/GUARDIANS
- Order your pictures online by the end of the day on Friday, September 22nd! The online ordering system will close at the end of the day on Friday. Print out your order confirmation/receipt and bring a hard copy with you on picture day. (In the event that you can not print out a hard copy of your order confirmation/receipt, please arrive earlier than your team's arrival time and go to the Tedesco Photography table to get a copy.)
- Every player is expected to participate in the team photos, whether you are ordering photos or not.
- Check with your coaches and confirm your team's arrival time and location.
- Players should bring their own soccer ball as a posing prop for their individual portrait photos.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your team's photo time! Give yourself extra time for parking. Many teams have games scheduled directly after pictures, so please arrive before your photo time and come prepared.
