COVID-19 Refund Policy for In-House Soccer

HVAA has been serving the community for over 60 years, and we are excited to welcome your family back to the upcoming fall season! HVAA has reduced the 2020 In-House Soccer registration fee to $135 per player (plus facilities fee). We hope this year's fee reduction assists our families who have been impacted by the pandemic's economic effects. You can select the option to pay your fee in 2 monthly installments at no additional charge. 

HVAA wants every child to play that wants to play. Through a community effort we created a fund to assist HVAA families most impacted by the pandemic and its economic impact. We ask you to join us in this team effort that ensures every child in our community continues to play sports with HVAA. Learn more about our "Every Kid Plays" COVID-19 Player Relief Fund.


IN-HOUSE SOCCER COVID-19 REFUND POLICY

Our goal is to play fall soccer safely. However, in the event of circumstances outside of our control it is important for you to understand the refund policies we have in place.  If the 2020 In-House Fall Soccer season were to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic:

  • BEFORE AUGUST 21ST: Every player would receive a full refund, minus the $10 administration fees our non-profit organization incurs with each registration. 
  • BETWEEN AUGUST 22ND - OCTOBER 15TH: Every player would receive a 50% refund, minus the $10 administration fees our non-profit organization incurs with each registration. 
  • AFTER OCTOBER 15TH: There will be no refunds.
