HVAA IN-HOUSE PROGRAMS
Refund requests for all HVAA In-House programs will follow the normal policy and procedures. CLICK HERE to access our HVAA Refund Policy for our In-House programs.
HVAA TRAVEL PROGRAMS
HVAA is a non-profit organization. Our HVAA Travel teams are financially supported through seasonal player registration dues. There will be no refunds once any payments are made for team fees. Should a player withdraw from the team for any reason before the end of the season, they will still be responsible for the remaining payments. If installment payments are abruptly canceled or stopped, HVAA will dispute them.
